Site admins can manage members and contacts, site settings and access, hubs, state payments and reporting, and the store. Givebacks also has many other permission types, known as custom permission types. These include Orders View, Orders Edit, Products View, Products Edit, Fundraisers View, Fundraisers Edit, Compliance View, and Compliance Edit.

Remove an Administrator or Custom Permission
1. On the toolbar, select My Organization, then Manage Access.
2. Click the person's name for the role you want to remove.
3. On the pop-up, choose the delete button.
Add an Administrator or Custom Permission
1. On the toolbar, select My Organization, then Manage Access.
2. Click the New Admin button.
3. In the pop-up box, enter the person's name and email address. Check the box if you want the person to be notified. Choose Admin or Custom from the permissions dropdown. Admin permission gives the person full admin access to the site.
4. If you choose Custom permission, check the box next to the role types you wish them to have.
5. Click Create.
Custom Permissions
Custom Permissions allow you to add View or Edit aspects for certain portions of the site. Here are the definitions for what each permission type will grant access for.
Store Products View: Access to Store > Products page and Memberships > Membership Products page to view only. Also able to view categories.
Store Products Edit: Access to Store > Products page and Memberships > Membership Products page to edit existing items, categories, adjust visibility, and create new items.
Fundraisers View: Access to the Fundraisers section of the menu, with the ability to view all pages. Does not allow you to edit a fundraiser or view donations.
Fundraisers Edit: Access to the Fundraisers section of the menu, with the ability to edit and create new campaigns. Does not allow views of donations unless Orders View or Edit is granted.
Assign Account Codes: Allows the ability to assign account codes to products, memberships, and fundraisers. Does not allow the creation of account codes unless assigned the view or edit permission for the Manage Account Codes Page.
Orders View: Access to Financial Management > Orders and Ordered Items pages to view incoming orders. Orders View will not allow the added person to refund orders or mark them fulfilled. Orders View also grants permission to see the Payouts page.
Orders Edit: Access to Financial Management > Orders and Ordered Items pages to edit incoming orders - this includes permissions to refund, mark fulfilled, and add notes. Orders Edit can also use the Givebacks POS app.
Manage Account Codes Page View: Access to the Financial Management > Account Codes page to view account codes.
Manage Account Codes Page Edit: Access to the Financial Management > Account Codes page to view account codes and the ability to add new codes. Also, provides access to account code settings.
Contacts View: Access to Contacts to view Contacts, Properties, and Lists. Contacts view will not allow the added person to create, edit, or delete any contact data.
Contacts Edit: Access to Contacts, Properties, and Lists. Contacts edit includes permission to create, edit, and delete contacts, properties, and lists.
Communications View: Access to All Messages Page. The Communications view will not allow the added person to create, send, or archive any messages.
Communications Edit: Access to All Messages Page. Communications edit includes permission to create, send, and archive messages.
Compliance View: Access to the Compliance section on the menu, to view all submissions and documents.
Compliance Edit: Access to the Compliance section on the menu to submit and archive submissions and documents.
