Updated today

Selling Tickets online for an in-person, online, or hybrid Event may seem complicated, but Givebacks provides many tools and customization options to help you run a smooth and successful Event. The links below will take you to other Knowledge Base articles with further information.

Event Types

There are several types of Events:

  • In-Person Event: Your Event is held at a physical location and donors purchase Tickets to attend in person. Any additional fundraising Activities (e.g., Auction or Raffle) take place in person. For in-person Events, consider enabling Galas & Events.

  • Virtual Event: Your Event is hosted online as a Livestream and donors purchase Tickets to access the Livestream. Any additional fundraising Activities (e.g., Auction or Raffle) take place online.

  • Hybrid Event: Your Event is held at a physical location but is also open to virtual attendees. Some or all additional fundraising Activities (e.g., Auction or Raffle) are also open to both in-person and virtual attendees.
