How do I archive products or memberships?

You can archive and unarchive products and memberships individually by clicking the 3 dots next to the product and selecting Archive Product or in bulk by checking the box next to the desired products, clicking the Action button, and selecting Archive Products.

Archive products individually

  1. From the toolbar, select Store, then Products.

  2. Click the three dots next to the product and select Archive Product.

Archive products in bulk

  1. From the toolbar, select Store, then Products.

  2. Check the box next to the desired products.

  3. Click the Actions button and select Archive Product.

Unarchive Products

  1. View archived products by using the Filter and selecting Status, then Archived.

  2. Click the three dots next to the product and select Unarchive Product.

  3. To unarchive in bulk, check the box next to the products, click the Actions button, and select Unarchive Product.

Note: Follow the same steps under Memberships > Membership Products to archive and unarchive membership products.
