Create a Direct Donation page to collect one-time and recurring donations. A Direct Donation page is a simple way to collect donations year-round, or when you don't need a full fundraising campaign, such as an a-thon, auction, or raffle.
Creating a Direct Donation page will add a Donate button to your organization's page in the Givebacks app.
Setting up a direct donations page
From the toolbar, select Fundraising, then Direct Donations.
Click the Direct Donation Settings button.
Select how your donation amounts will appear. Donors can select one of your preset donation amounts or enter their own custom donation amount at checkout.
Amounts only: Enter the preset amounts you want to present to donors.
Designation & Amounts: Enter a label for the preset amounts. For example, Bronze, Silver, and Gold giving levels.
Choose whether to accept recurring donations or not.
Select the fee option.
Pass on fees to your donors
Absorb all fees
Ask donor at checkout
Select the fields you want to require to be entered at checkout. Click the Add button to add additional fields.
Click Save & Continue.
Retrieve the link to your donation page by clicking the View Donation Link or direct donors to your organization's page in the Givebacks app.
