Donors can cancel their recurring donations through the Givebacks app in the Account Settings. Admins can cancel recurring donations under Fundraisers, Direct Donations.
How do donors cancel a recurring donation?
Open the Givebacks app or go to givebacks.com/home.
Click on the Account tab.
Scroll to the Settings section and click Manage Recurring Donations.
Click Edit next to the donation you want to cancel.
Click the Cancel Donation button.
How do admins cancel a recurring donation?
From the toolbar, go to Fundraisers, then Direct Donations.
Click the Recurring Donations tab.
Click the three dots next to the donation and select Cancel Future Donations.
