In the Givebacks app, you can edit your donation amount, change your credit card, or cancel a monthly recurring donation. Go to the Account page and select Manage Recurring Donations.
How to Manage and Stop Recurring Donations in the Givebacks App
Within the Givebacks app, click the Account button.
Scroll to the Profile section and select Manage Recurring Donations.
Click Edit next to the donation you want to cancel or adjust.
You can edit your donation in several ways.
Change the donation amount - Select the new amount and click Save Changes.
Change the credit card used for payment - Click Update Payment Method. Select a different card that is on file or enter a new credit card.
Cancel the donation - Click Cancel Donation.
