How do I view and manage direct donations?

To view a table of all direct donations, go to Fundraisers and select Direct Donations. Donations are also listed under Financial Management > Orders.

The All Donations tab lists the details of all donations made through your Direct Donations page. You can filter the table and download the donations.

To view the full order, click the three dots next to the donation and select View Order.

Click the Recurring Donations tab to view all recurring donations.

There are columns to indicate the start date of the recurring donation, how many payments have been made, and the current status of the donation.

To cancel a recurring donation, click the three dots next to the donation and select Cancel Future Payments.
