Understanding the Inventory Report

The Inventory Report gives you a faster way to review inventory activity across all inventory-tracked products in one place. Instead of checking products one at a time, you can view product- and variant-level inventory history, filter by product and date range, sort key columns, and export your results for reconciliation or reporting.

Before you start: You must have product access to view the Inventory Report.

Open the Inventory Report

  1. Go to Store in the left navigation, and select Inventory Report.

  2. The page opens with inventory-tracked products already loaded for the trailing 7 days, so you can start reviewing activity right away.

Product Name - the product associated with the inventory activity.

Variant - the specific product option, if variants are used, such as size or color.

Starting Quantity - the inventory quantity at the beginning of the selected date and time range.

Ending Quantity - the inventory quantity at the end of the selected date and time range.

Quantity Sold - the total number of units sold during the selected date and time range.

Quantity Restocked - the total number of units added back into inventory during the selected date and time range.

Sell-Through Rate - the percentage of starting inventory sold during the selected date and time range.

Note: If a product has variants, each variant appears on its own row. This makes it easier to compare sizes, colors, or other options without opening each product separately.

  3. Click Filter to open the filtering panel, then narrow the report by Product Name and/or Date and Time Range. You can choose one or more products.

  4. Click the Product Name column header to sort the table alphabetically. Click the Quantity Sold column header to sort by units sold.

Note: Sorting is especially helpful when you need to find a specific product quickly or identify your best-selling and slowest-selling items during a concession event or reporting cycle.

  5. Click the export icon to download the current report as a CSV file. The export reflects the filters currently applied to the table.

Note: For the most accurate review, set your date and time range before exporting so your file matches the exact inventory period you need.
