How do I add offline donations for my Crowdfunding or A-thon campaign?

There may be times when a donor makes a donation offline instead of using your Givebacks campaign page. Givebacks allows you to manually enter offline donations in your records so you can include them in the total amount raised displayed on your fundraising page. From the Campaign Donation History page click the 3 dots at the top of the page and select Add Offline Donation.

Adding Offline Donations

1. From the Givebacks toolbar select Fundraisers > Manage Campaigns.

2. Click on your fundraiser title to go to the Campaign Donation History page or click the 3 dots at the end of the row and select Campaign Donation History.

3. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner and select Add Offline Donation.

4. Enter the Donation Amount and indicate who should get credit for this donation. Click Next.

5. Enter the Donor Info and click Add Donation.

Good To Know

• Givebacks doesn’t charge any fees for offline donations.
• All offline donations entered in your records will be included on the Campaign Donation History page and reports.
