Some of the common reasons for not being able to log in to your Givebacks site include forgetting your password, forgetting to confirm your account, or not being listed in your organization's database. You can get a link to reset your password or confirm your account by going to npo.givebacks.com.

Confirm you account

When you created your account, you should have received an email with a link to confirm your email address. If you missed this step, go to npo.givebacks.com and click Need to confirm your email address? Resend. 

Enter your email address.

Givebacks will send you an email to confirm your account.

Password reset

If you forgot your password or need to reset it, go to app.memberhub.com/login and click I forgot my password.

Enter your email address.

Givebacks will send you a link to reset your password.

Can't find my site

If you are able to log in but can't access your site please contact your organization's officers to be added to the organization's database.
