Your membership cards are located on the Account page. Click the Memberships button.
For PTA memberships, click on your organization to open the full card.
Click on the View Expired link to see membership cards from prior years.
Note: To view your membership cards, your membership must use the same email address as the one used to log in to your Givebacks account.
