Ready to get started earning cashback? Find in-store offers in the Givebacks app by going to Earn and selecting Earn In-Store. In-store offers require adding a linked credit card to your account before finding and claiming in-store merchant offers.
Claiming In-Store Offers
1. To link a credit card, see How do I link or delete credit cards?
2. Click on the Earn tab and select Earn In-Store.
3. Find the offers you like and click the blue Activate button on the offers you are interested in.
Pro Tip: Click the Activate All Offers button on the map to select all the offers. There is no harm in doing this, and you never know what you might shop for!
4. Go shopping! Just be sure to pay with your linked card. Cashback from qualifying purchases will hit your account between 60 and 180 days. You will receive an email notifying you of your cashback!
Note: If you use a debit card to redeem an offer, please don't enter your PIN. Select “credit” instead of “debit” when your card is swiped or inserted, which means you will sign a receipt instead of entering your PIN at the point of sale. You must use your signature for Givebacks to be notified of the transaction.
Good to Know: If you purchase multiple items at one time with an offer, you may receive multiple emails (one for each item) letting you know of your earned cashback.
