There are transaction fees for purchases made in your online store. By default, the fees are passed on to the payor. However, you may choose to absorb the fees as an organization. To change your fee settings, go to Store, then Settings.
Additionally, Givebacks does not impose any recurring monthly or hidden fees, ensuring transparency in all transactions.
Changing processing fee settings
From the toolbar, select Store, then Settings. Select the Processing Fees tab.
Using the Processing Fees drop-down, choose either Pass on fees to your customers or Absorb all fees.
Click Save Changes.

Note: The Processing and Platform fees are currently 3.95% + $0.95 per transaction for debit and credit card transactions. There are no fees for offline payments. For more information on processing fees, please see How do the credit card processing fees work for the store?
Processing fees are calculated on the total purchase amount. This ensures fees are consistently applied across all transactions.
