How do I change settings for the processing fees in my store?

There are transaction fees for purchases made in your online store. By default, the fees are set to be passed on to the payor. However, you may choose to cover the fees as an organization. To change your fee settings go to Store, then Settings.

Changing processing fee settings

1. From the toolbar, click on Store, then Settings.

2. Choose to Pass on processing fees to your payers or Cover processing fees for your payers.

3. Click Save. 

Note: The Processing and Platform fees are currently 3.95% + $0.59 per transaction for debit and credit card transactions. There are no fees for payments collected offline. For more information on processing fees, please see How do the credit card processing fees work for the store?
