Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between any-prize entries and prize-specific entries?

With any-prize entries, donors purchase chances to win any available prize but don’t know which one they’ll receive until after the drawing. With prize-specific entries, donors select exactly which prizes they want to enter to win, giving them more control over their potential winnings.

When do I assign prizes to winners with any-prize entries?

You assign prizes to winners after the Raffle ends and winners are drawn. This gives you flexibility in prize distribution and simplifies the entry process for donors who want a chance at any of your offerings.

Can donors see all available prizes when purchasing any-prize entries?

Yes, donors can view all the prizes listed on your Campaign Page. However, their entries give them a chance to win any of those prizes rather than letting them choose which specific prize they’re entering for.

Which entry type should I choose for my Raffle?

Choose any-prize entries when you want a simpler setup where all entries compete for all prizes. Choose prize-specific entries when you want donors to select which prizes interest them most. Consider your prizes and donor preferences when deciding.
