3. Be responsive to your donors
Givebacks has made it simple for supporters to email you directly with questions from your raffle page. This facilitates a strong relationship between donors and Experience managers, which is important to any fundraiser’s success. Be sure to reply so you don’t miss out on any inquiries regarding donations or other important matters.
4. Enter any physical tickets sold (optional)
Even though Givebacks' raffles are conducted primarily online, you can still sell physical tickets offline, too. If you’ve sold tickets offline by cash or check, you’ll need to enter them into the system so that they can be included in the drawing.

Givebacks offers two options for drawing winners: automatic (we draw winners for you) and manual (you draw winners yourself). If you didn't select the option to draw and notify winners automatically, you may need to take additional steps to determine winners.
