Managing Blocked Email addresses

To prevent sending invalid emails, Givebacks will block emails that are returned as bounced or invalid. 

After an email has bounced 3 times, the email becomes blocked and messages will no longer be sent to that address. If an email bounces for a permanent reason (doesn’t exist) it will be blocked immediately. Organization admins will have the ability to manage blocked emails and unblock them if they choose. 

Filter the contacts list to view blocked emails 

1. On the toolbar select Contacts, then All Contacts. Click the Filters button, then select the checkbox for Email Status and choose Bounced. Click Apply.

2. Select a bounced contact to view the blocked reason. If you are confident the email address is valid, click Unblock to unblock the email address.
