Find out how to view the receipts for any donations made on your experience and resend them to donors who request them.
Sometimes, you may need to see the receipts of your donors’ transactions on your experience. This is useful for when donors say they misplaced or didn’t receive a receipt, and you want to resend it to them.
How to resend a receipt
It’s easy to resend any donor their receipt by email. Just follow these simple steps:
- Go to My experiences in the left menu.
- If you have chosen a list view, click on the title of your experience. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the experience image.
- Click on View Donations*.
- Find the donation you’re looking for, hover over it, and click on the three-dot icon on the right of that row.
- Click RESEND DONATION RECEIPT*.
- The email address associated with the donation will automatically appear. If you need to change the email address, you can do that here.
- Click RESEND.
How to view a receipt
You can view a receipt by following these simple steps:
- Go to my experiences in the left menu.
- If you have chosen a list view, click on the title of your experience. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Experience image.
- Click on View Donations*.
- Find the donation you’re looking for, hover over it, and click on the three-dot icon on the right of that row.
- Click View Receipt.
- You can then copy the URL of the receipt page and send it to anyone who wants to view it.
*The title of this page may be different depending on your experience’s terminology settings.
