Raffle and Sweepstakes Campaigns allow you to sell physical entries in person and manually enter them into your drawing. If a donor who purchased offline entries requests a receipt, you can send it in an email that will include their entry numbers and purchase details.
How do I send a receipt for offline entries?
Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
Select View Donations*.
Search for the donor’s name and hover your mouse over the line with the donor’s entry purchase.
Click on the three-dot icon on the right and select Resend Receipt:

What do I need to send receipts for offline entries?
You can only send an email to donors who have purchased physical entries if you have their email addresses. For this reason, be sure to request donors’ email addresses when they complete their purchase.
