After you send a message through Givebacks, you're able to view the recipient sent, open, and click rates for each email and newsletter you send out. This information can be viewed by navigating to Communications, then selecting Messages.
The analytics provided are the number of contacts the message was sent to, the open rate, and the click rate. You can also see this information for text messages.
