Why should I display entry counters on my Campaign Page?
If you're running a Raffle or Sweepstakes, you can add a counter to your Campaign Page that displays the number of entries* you've sold so far. If you’re running a Raffle with a limited number of entries, you can also add a counter that displays how many entries are still available to purchase.
You can enable the entry counters anytime, even if your Campaign is already live.
What should I know before displaying entry counters?
You won't be able to add an entries available counter to a Raffle with unlimited entries or a Sweepstakes.
How do I display entries sold or available on my Campaign Page?
Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
Select Campaign Setup.
Go to Options in the timeline at the top and select Raffle Options.
Scroll down to Choose which entry quantities to display on your Raffle/Sweepstakes Page (optional) and check the box(es) for the counters you would like to display:
If you like, select custom term(s) from the drop-down menu(s) or select Other to enter your own term(s).
Select SAVE.
Where do entry counters appear for donors?
If you allow donors to purchase entries for a chance to win any prize available, the entries sold/available counters will display above the entry level options:
If you allow donors to purchase entries for a chance to win specific prizes, the entries sold/available counters will display above the prize descriptions:

Can I add an entries available counter to a Sweepstakes?
No, you cannot add an entries available counter to Sweepstakes campaigns because Sweepstakes must offer unlimited entries. You can only display entries sold for Sweepstakes. The entries available counter is only available for Raffles with limited entries.
Can I display both entries sold and entries available at the same time?
Yes, if you’re running a Raffle with limited entries, you can enable both counters simultaneously. This shows donors how popular your Raffle is (entries sold) and creates urgency (entries available).
Can I customize the terminology for the entry counters?
Yes, you can select custom terms from drop-down menus or choose “Other” to enter your own terminology. This allows you to match the counter language to your Campaign’s style and audience.
Will the entry counters update in real-time?
Yes, entry counters update automatically as entries are purchased, providing real-time information to donors about entries sold and availability. This helps create urgency and encourages participation.
Where do the counters appear if I allow entries for specific prizes?
If you allow donors to purchase entries for specific prizes, the entries sold/available counters display above each individual prize description.
