You can view orders placed through your Givebacks store by navigating to Financial Management, then Orders. This gives you a view of orders at the cart level. Click the Ordered Items button to go to the Ordered Items page, where each item ordered is listed separately.
Orders Page
To view the Order page, use the toolbar and select Financial Management > Orders.
This page shows orders at the cart level and includes all items purchased in a single order.
The Orders page displays all completed purchases, regardless of status.
The page defaults to 25 orders per page, with options for 15, 25, 50, and 100. Navigation buttons are at the bottom of the screen.
Click the order ID to view the order details, including customer information, order items, item details, and the transaction amount, including fees.
Admins can add notes to an order, issue a refund, print the order, or resend a receipt.
To resend a receipt, click on the Order ID to open the order details, then click the Resend Receipt button. Ensure the email address is correct before resending.
Use the Filter to narrow the order list by criteria such as email, fulfillment status, order status, purchase date, product, category, and more.
Use the Download icon to export the full or filtered list of orders. This report will show the customer information, total transaction amount, fees, and your share.
Use the Action button to print orders in bulk.- Order notes added in the Financial Management > Orders section will be included in the exported orders report.
If a customer does not receive the receipt, confirm the email address is accurate and check their spam or junk folder.
If the receipt still does not send, ensure the order details are complete and saved correctly. Contact Givebacks support if the issue persists.- Offline payments (e.g., cash or check) will appear in the Orders and Ordered Items reports but not in Payout Reports.
Ordered Items Page
The Ordered Items page lists all purchased items. You can access this page in two different ways.
From the toolbar, click on Financial Management > Orders > click the View Ordered Items button.
From the toolbar, click on Store, then Ordered Items.
This page lists each item sold on a separate line.
The Ordered Items page shows orders in all statuses: (Purchased, Reversed, Partially Refunded, and Disputed).
The page defaults to 25 orders per page, with options for 15, 25, 50, and 100. Navigation buttons are at the bottom of the screen.
Sort by Item Name, Order ID, Customer Name, or Customer Email by clicking on the column header.
Click on an order ID to see the order details.
Use the Filter to narrow the order list by criteria such as email, fulfillment status, order status, purchase date, product, category, and more.
Use the Download icon to export the full or filtered list of items and their details.- Custom field data, such as "Student Name," "Grade," and "Teacher," is included in the Ordered Items report. Scroll to the far right of the on-screen table or check the later columns in the exported CSV file to view this information.
You can mark items as fulfilled in bulk by checking the box next to the fulfilled items > clicking the Actions button > selecting Mark Fulfilled.- Offline payments will appear in the Ordered Items report, but they are not included in Payout Reports.
Payout Reports
Payout Reports provide details about funds paid to your bank account for online purchases processed via Stripe. These reports do not include order notes or offline payment entries (e.g., cash or check). For a complete view of offline payments, refer to the Orders and Ordered Items reports.
