How can I save and reuse product options in my products?

Product Options are used to configure product variations such as size, color, or material specifications. You can add product options during the product setup. They can be saved and applied to multiple store items, eliminating the repetitive work of re-creating field structures each time.

Create and save Product Options under Store > Settings > Saved Product Options.

Note: Product options are managed separately from your additional fields.

Creating Saved Product Options

  1. From the toolbar, select Store and then Settings. Click the Saved Product Options tab.

  2. Options for Sizes and Colors are pre-loaded but can be edited to fit your needs. To edit Sizes and Colors, click the three dots next to the option and select Edit Options. Click Add Choices to add more choices, or click the trash can icon to remove them.

    Note: It is better to leave many options in your Saved Options and adjust the choices at the product level.

  3. Click the Add Option button to add options beyond size and color.

  4. Enter the Option Name. Examples include Style, Material, or Sleeve Length.

  5. Click Add Choice to add the choice options.

  6. Enter the desired choices. Click Add.

  7. Click Save Changes.

Adding Saved Product Options to a Product

  1. In the product set-up, scroll to the Product Option section.

  2. Click Add Saved Options.

  3. Click Add for the options you would like to add.

  4. The pop-up box with the choices allows you to adjust the choices by clicking "Add Choice" or the trash can icon. Click Add Option. Drag and drop the choices to place them in the desired order.

  5. Click Save Draft.
