Customers can find their event tickets in the Givebacks app on the Account page. Customers will also receive a receipt with a link to their tickets.
Viewing tickets in the Givebacks app
After purchasing tickets, go to the Account page in the Givebacks app.
Click Tickets.
Click on the event.
You can view all the tickets for that event. The organizer can scan the QR code on your ticket for entry.
Accessing tickets through your receipt
Customers will receive a receipt for ticket purchases.
Click the View ticket link.
The organizer can scan the QR code on your ticket for entry.
