It's easy to find and retrieve tickets to an event. After purchasing a ticket to an event, the customer will receive a receipt via email and can find their tickets in the Givebacks app under Account.
Viewing Tickets in the Givebacks App
After purchasing an event ticket, you can retrieve it in the Givebacks app, under the Account tab. Click the Tickets button.
Click the ticket to view the details, including the QR code for scanning at entry.
You can select Download Ticket or Share Ticket.
Access Tickets through the Email Receipt
You will receive an email receipt after purchasing an event ticket. Click the View ticket link to open the ticket, which includes a QR code for scanning.
The View ticket link will take you to the tickets in the Givebacks app.
You can select Download Ticket or Share Ticket.
