The Transaction Summary page gives district users a faster way to review school-level financial activity. You can click a school or organization name to open a dedicated financial summary for that organization, including revenue, item activity, account code summaries, transaction details, and key organization information in one place.
Org Summary page at the District level
The Org Summary is designed for district-level users, including district administrators, district finance teams, and enterprise-level admins who oversee multiple schools or organizations.
From the left navigation, open Financial Management, then select Transactions to open the district-level Transactions page.
On the district-level Transactions page, stay on the Summary tab to review high-level financial data for each school or organization.
In the summary table, find the school or organization you want to review, then click its name to open that organization’s financial summary page.
Review organization-level financial activity
Review the organization header and details at the top of the page, and use Go to Site when needed. This section identifies the school or organization you’re viewing and provides quick context before you review the financial details below.
Select the Revenue Summary tab to understand gross revenue and other top-line financial totals for the selected organization. Use the filter to view revenue by different transaction types.
Open the Item Summary tab to see which products, events, or activities are driving financial activity.
Open the Account Code Summary tab to review financial activity rolled up by account code. This is especially useful for district finance workflows, including oversight, review, and reconciliation.
Open the Detailed Report tab for transaction-level detail for the selected organization. This section can help you validate activity, answer questions, and support reporting needs.
