Do you need to adjust prices for specific sizes, colors, or other product combinations without rebuilding your product options? You can update pricing for a single product variant or apply one price to multiple variants at once.
Edit variant pricing
From the toolbar, select Store, then Products.
Create a new product or update an existing product.
Scroll to the Product Options and Variants section.
Create your product options first by clicking the Add Option or Add Saved Options buttons. (Examples include size, color, and material.) Add the option choices for each option.
Once options are added, variants are automatically created and appear in the Product Variants table. Each combination becomes its own purchasable variant. (Examples include Small / Blue, Medium / Blue, and Large / Blue.)
Update the variant price.
To change a single variant, click the 3 dots for the variant and select Edit Price.
To change multiple variants at once, check the boxes next to the variants. Click the Actions button and select Edit Price.
In the Edit Price window, enter the new price in the Price field.
You can review the selected variant details at the top of the window before making changes.
If you want supporters to choose their own amount, select Allow shoppers to enter custom price. You have the option to enter a minimum price.
Click Save Changes.
After saving, the updated amount will appear in the variant list.
You may also see an Unsaved Changes label until the full product draft is saved.
Users must click Save Draft at the top of the product form. If changes are not saved:
Variant updates will not persist
The system will fall back to the top-level product price as a safety mechanism
This helps prevent incomplete pricing configurations from appearing on live products in the store.
Good to know:
Single-variant edits only update the one size, color, or option combination you selected.
Bulk edits apply the same price to every selected variant.
If inventory tracking is enabled, price changes do not affect quantity on hand.
Be sure to save the product draft when you're done so your updates are not lost.
If a price is entered at the top of the form, newly created variants will inherit that price only at the moment they are created. After creation:
Variant prices become independent
Future edits to the top-level product price will NOT update variants
