Directory Settings

Admins can adjust Directory settings for Filtering, Visibility, and Content.

Directory Filtering Options

Your directory can be filtered by Member status or Hubs and you can choose to view the directory by Individuals or in Family Groups.

To Configure a Hub to be available for Filtering in the Directory, adjust your Hub Settings.

Directory Visibility

Admins can turn off the Givebacks Directory or limit what users see in each other's profiles.

1. Select the Directory on the toolbar. Click the gear icon at the top for settings.

2. Under the Visibility section of this page, select the visibility you want for your Directory.

3. Under the System Profile Fields Visible section you can adjust what users are allowed to see in your directory for other users such as their name, email address, phone number, and profile picture.

4. Lastly, you can choose whether users see an option to download their directory or not.  NOTE:  Downloads are currently limited to Organization Admins.
