When you purchase your membership through your PTA's online store you will receive an electronic receipt that contains a link to your PTA card. If you don't have your receipt, please contact your PTA leaders and ask them to send you a link to your card. You can contact your PTA leaders by going to the online store, clicking the Contact Store Admin link, and filling out the form with your request.
You can also access your membership card in the Givebacks app. Log in with the email address you used to purchase your membership and go to the Wallet.
