Administrators can void manually entered cash/check memberships through the Membership section under Members. To edit manually entered memberships, first void the membership and then re-enter it. To void a store-purchased membership, refund the membership via the store. To edit a store-purchased membership, please contact Givebacks support.
How to Void a Manually Entered Membership
1. Go to Memberships > Members. Locate the membership in the list of Members and click the three dots at the end of the row for that membership. Click Void Membership. In the confirmation box click Void Membership.
Note: The member role, the blue star, the membership card, and the dues owed to the state will be removed from the site for that person's profile.
2. You can re-enter that person by going to Memberships > Members > click the three dots at the top of the page > Add Cash/Check Member.
