Administrators can void manually entered cash/check memberships through the Membership section under Manage Members. To edit manually entered memberships, first, void the membership and then re-enter it. To void a store-purchased membership, refund the membership via the store. To edit a store purchased membership please contact Givebacks support.
How to Void a Manually Entered Membership
1. Go to Memberships > Manage Members. Locate the membership in the list of Members and click the X at the end of the row for that membership. Click Confirm.
Note: The member role, the blue star, the membership card, and the dues owed to the state will be removed from the site for that person's profile.
2. Now you can re-enter that person by going to Memberships > Manage Members > Add Cash/Check Member.
