Can we change the end date of our Crowdfunding or A-thon campaign?

Once your crowdfunding or a-thon campaign has been published you can change the end date on the Campaign Donation History page. You can extend the campaign or end it early.

Changing the campaign end date

1. From the Givebacks toolbar, click on Fundraisers, then All Campaigns.

2. Click on the campaign name or click the three dots next to the campaign and select Campaign Donation History.

3. To end the campaign immediately, click End Campaign.

Note: Once you end the campaign, you cannot restart it, and it will no longer be visible to donors or participants.

4. To change the end date click Change End Date.

5. Edit the date and click Save Changes.
