What are the processing fees for purchases and donations?

Givebacks charges a fee on transactions to cover the cost of running the site. Every transaction through Givebacks, whether a store purchase or a donation, has a processing fee. The fees combine the Givebacks platform fee and the Stripe credit card processing fee.

Direct Donations Fee*

Amex - 2.99% + $.49 per transaction
Other Cards - 1.99% + $.49 per transaction

*Donors can choose to cover the Direct Donations Fee by checking "I want to cover processing fee" to add it to the total, or uncheck to have the fees deducted from the amount of the donation.

Campaigns-Tip Model Pricing

Amex - 3.5% + $.50 per transaction
Other cards - 2.9% + $.30 per transaction
