Account code permissions can be managed in Admin Roles under the Settings menu. Admins with full admin privileges can manage account codes, and you can add the ability to manage account codes as a custom admin role.
Adding custom permissions for managing account codes
1. From the toolbar, select Settings, then Admin Roles.
2. Click the New Admin button.
3. Enter the Name and Email for the admin role. Click the Permissions box and select Custom.
4. Select the appropriate roles.
Store - Assign Account Codes: Check this box if the person is allowed to assign account codes to products and memberships.
Financial Management - Manage Account Codes Page:
View - Allows the admin to view account codes.
Edit - Allows the admin to create and edit account codes.
5. Click Create.
