What if I need to update the name or email address for a membership?

If you need to update the name or email address on a store-purchased membership, please contact Givebacks Support. Admins cannot edit this information, but we are happy to help you. Please send us the membership data as it is currently on the membership and the correct information.

To update a manually entered membership, void the membership and re-enter it with the correct information. Go to Memberships > Members. Locate the membership in the list of Members and click the three dots at the end of the row for that membership. Click Void Membership. In the confirmation box click Void Membership.

Note: The member role, the blue star, the membership card, and the dues owed to the state will be removed from the site for that person's profile.
