Can I allow only current year members to view the Directory?

You can change your settings to allow only current-year PTA members to access your school directory. When non-members try to access the directory, they'll be prompted to join the PTA.  One click takes them to your Store, where they can buy a membership! 

How to turn on the Directory for members only

1. Make sure your Store is active

When non-members try to access your organization’s Directory, they’ll be prompted to purchase a membership from your Store. Follow these steps to get started in your Givebacks store.

2. Click the Directory link and click the gear icon to change the Directory settings.

3. Under Visibility choose the 3rd option “Allow only current school year PTA members and Organization Admins to view the Directory”.
