When should I redraw a winner?
When you run a Raffle or Sweepstakes, you may need to redraw a winner if the original winner:
Is not qualified to win the prize based on eligibility requirements described in the Official Rules.
Entered incorrect contact information and cannot be reached.
Was contacted with no response after a specified amount of time.
How do I redraw a Raffle or Sweepstakes winner?
Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have selected a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
Click Manage Raffle/Sweepstakes Winners*.
Hover your mouse over the winner you want to redraw and click on the three-dot menu on the right:
Click Redraw Winner.
Enter a reason for the redraw when prompted. In case of an audit by a regulatory agency, it’s crucial to fill out this information:
Select REDRAW. A new winner will be drawn immediately, and a window will pop up with the new winner’s contact information:
How do I view disqualified and redrawn winners?
You can easily access the list of redrawn winners and disqualified winners from the Manage Raffle/Sweepstakes Winners page. You can find the list of disqualified winners under the Disqualified tab:
To view why a winner was disqualified, hover your mouse over the disqualified winner, click on the three-dot menu, and select View Redraw Reason:

What happens immediately after I redraw a winner?
A new winner is drawn instantly, and a pop-up window appears showing the new winner’s contact information so you can reach out to them right away.
