You can adjust the visibility of your products and memberships to turn them on or off in your online store or the POS app. You can also create a private listing. Adjust these settings by clicking the three dots next to the product and selecting Edit Publishing.
Set Publishing During Product Setup
From the toolbar, select Store, then Products.
Click the New Store Product button and set up the product. For more information, see How do I add products to my store?
Click Publish or Schedule Publish at the top or bottom of the page.
Select the Sales Channels.
Show in Online Store - Customers will be able to buy this product from your store in the app or online.
Show in Point of Sale - Event volunteers will be able to sell this item from the Point of Sale app.
Private Listing - This product is hidden from your store but can be accessed directly through a private link.
Notes:
You can select multiple options, except for both 'Show in Online Store' and 'Private Listing'.
You can retrieve the private link in the product table after the product is saved. Click the three dots next to the product and select Copy QR code. You can share the QR code or direct link.
Adjust the Publish Date and Publish Time if desired.
Enable expiration to automatically remove the product from the selected sales channels. Select the End Date and End Time for expiration.
Click Publish.
Edit Publishing Settings
You can edit the publishing settings at any time to enable or disable products. Note: The "Edit Publishing" option was previously known as "Edit Membership Visibility."
From the toolbar, select Store, then Products.
Click the three dots next to the product and select Edit Publishing.
Select the Sales Channels.
