You can send emails to remind parents to pay outstanding student fees. Go to the Fee table and click the Send Reminder link to send a reminder to all parents with outstanding fees. Reminders can be sent for individual students through the student's profile.
Send Bulk Fee Reminder
From the toolbar, go to Fee Management, then Fees.
Click the Send Reminder link.
To preview the message, click View Sample Reminder Email.
Click Send Reminders Now. Emails will be sent immediately to guardians of all students with unpaid fees.
Sending Reminders to Individuals
From the toolbar, go to Fee Management, then Student Roster.
Search for the desired student and click on their name to open their profile.
Click Send Reminder. This will send an email reminding the guardian that there are outstanding fees that need to be paid.
