Givebacks Rewards
Shop to Give is becoming Givebacks Rewards. This is a name change only—nothing about how your organization earns is changing. We're laying the groundwork for future improvements that will help families save more and make passive fundraising even easier for you. The Rewards name gives us flexibility as we continue to innovate in 2026!
Here’s what’s new:
For families: The Rewards tab in the Givebacks app shows participating restaurants for Dining Rewards and merchants for Online Rewards.
For families: Rewards activity and the available balance are easily accessible on the Account tab in the Givebacks app.
For you: In the Admin dashboard, the Shop to Give page is now labeled as Rewards. There is a "What is Rewards" tab in your Admin experience to help clarify the name change.

Givebacks App
The new Account page provides a centralized page for supporters to manage their information and activity. From here, supporters will see and manage their event tickets, memberships, purchases, Rewards activity, account balance, saved cards, organizations and communications, and key account tools—all clearly listed as dedicated entries rather than scattered across the app.
