How do I send reminders for past due unit dues?

If a PTA unit has not paid its dues to the state, council, or region, you can send a reminder directly from the Receive Unit Dues page. You can send a reminder to one specific unit or send reminders in bulk to all applicable units. Reminder messages are sent to the unit's president and treasurer.

Send a reminder to a single unit

  1. From the toolbar, select Compliance, then Receive Unit Dues.

  2. Click the Dues Status Overview tab.

  3. Find a unit with the status Past Due.

  4. Click the three-dot menu next to that unit, then select Send Reminder.

Send reminders to all units

  1. From the toolbar, select Compliance, then Receive Unit Dues.

  2. Click the three-dot menu at the top of the page, then select Send Reminders.

Best practices

  • Review the status and amount outstanding before sending a reminder.

  • Send an individual reminder when you want to follow up with one specific unit.

  • Use the top-level Send Reminders option to notify multiple units at once.
