Site admins can manage members and contacts, site settings and access, hubs, state payments and reporting, and the store. Givebacks also has many other permission types available, known as custom permission types. These include Orders View, Orders Edit, Products View, Products Edit, Fundraisers View, Fundraisers Edit, Compliance View, Compliance Edit, Communications View, and Communications Edit.

Remove an Administrator or Custom Permission
1. On the toolbar click Settings then Admin Roles.
2. Click the person's name for the role you need to remove.
3. On the pop-up, choose the orange delete button.
4. The Admin Roles page must be refreshed to view the changes.
Add an Administrator or Custom Permission
1. On the toolbar, click Settings, then Admin Roles.
2. Click the New Admin button.
3. In the pop-up box, enter the person's name and email address. Check the box if you want the person to be notified. Choose Admin or Custom from the permissions dropdown. Admin permission gives the person full admin access to the site.
4. If you choose Custom permission, check the box next to the role types you wish them to have.
5. Click Create.
Custom Permissions
Custom Permissions allow you to add view or edit aspects for certain portions of the site. Here are the definitions for what each permission type will grant access for.
Store Products View: Access to Store Management > Products page and Memberships > Manage Member Items to view only. Also able to view categories and bundles.
Store Products Edit: Access to Store Management > Products page and Memberships > Manage Member Types to edit existing items, categories and bundles, adjust visibility, and create new items.
Fundraisers View: Access to the Fundraisers section of the menu, with the ability to view all pages. Does not allow you to edit a fundraiser, unless the user already has admin access within the fundraiser, with the same email address.
Fundraisers Edit: Access to the Fundraisers section of the menu, with the ability to edit and create new campaigns and change product fundraiser items.
Orders View: Access to Store Management > Orders page to view incoming orders. Orders View will not allow the added person to refund orders or mark them fulfilled. Orders View also grants permission to see the Payouts page.
Orders Edit: Access to Store Management > Orders page to edit any incoming orders - this includes permissions to refund, mark fulfilled, and add notes. Orders Edit can also use the Givebacks POS app.
Compliance View: Access to the Compliance section on the menu, to view all submissions and documents.
Compliance Edit: Access to the Compliance section on the menu to submit and archive submissions and documents.
