How do I edit or cancel a recurring donation?

In the Givebacks app you can edit your donation amount, change your credit card, or cancel a monthly recurring donation at any time. Go to Settings and select Donation Settings, then Manage Recurring Donations.

Editing or Canceling Donation

1. From the hamburger menu in the upper right-hand corner, select Settings.

2. Select Donation Settings.

3. Select Manage Recurring Donations.

4. Click Edit next to the donation you want to cancel.

5. You can edit your donation in several ways.

• Change the donation amount - Select the new amount and click Save Changes.
• Change the credit card used for payment - Click Update Payment Method. Select a different card that is on file or enter a new credit card.
• Cancel the donation - Click Cancel Donation.
