Introducing the Product Options Widget

We’ve introduced a dedicated Product Options widget, making it easy to create, edit, and remove product options—completely separate from Additional Fields (formerly known as Custom Options).
This gives you clearer control over your product configurations and inventory management, all from a single, streamlined interface.
Introducing the Additional Fields Widget
Easily capture extra details from your customers with the new Additional Fields widget. Whether you need to collect personalization info, special instructions, or any other custom data, you can now create and manage these fields separately from your product options.
This gives you greater flexibility to customize the buying experience without affecting your product configurations or inventory.
Publishing
We’ve introduced a new, more transparent publishing process for both products and membership products. This helps you confidently move products from draft to published, ensuring no steps are missed and giving you peace of mind that your storefront reflects your latest offerings.
Private Listings
Alongside the launch of Publishing, we're excited to introduce a highly requested feature: Private Listings. Private Listings let you publish an item online without displaying it in your public store. Instead, shoppers can access the item directly via a link or QR code and complete their purchase just as they would with any other product.
Cash/Check Payment Submission
We’ve heard your feedback! Cash and check payment management has been relocated from the checkout to the main application for easier access. Admins with Edit Orders permissions can now submit payments for individual items directly from the Ordered Items page.
Category Management Refresh
Organizing your store has never been this straightforward. The new category management experience makes it easier to create, reorder, and maintain your product categories, helping customers find what they’re looking for more quickly and driving higher conversions.

Discounts Replacing Coupons
Goodbye, limited coupon functionality—hello, Discounts! Our new Discounts feature provides you with powerful and flexible ways to run promotions. Set up percentage or fixed discounts, or create time-limited campaigns that drive a sense of urgency. More options, less complexity.
At launch, Discounts will only support the creation and management of discount codes, giving you a flexible way to offer promotions. But this is just the beginning—we’re already working on expanding discount options to give you and your customers even more ways to save and engage.
Store Settings Redesign
The entire store setting has been consolidated into a cleaner, unified view. From settings to appearance, you now have everything you need in one place, making store-wide updates quicker and more manageable.
Saved Additional Fields
We’re excited to introduce Saved Additional Fields, a powerful enhancement that replaces the legacy Contact Properties functionality with a more flexible, reusable, and user-friendly solution.
Previously, admins relied on Contact Properties to manually define custom fields for each store item, such as teacher, classroom, or form questions. While this worked, it created friction, especially when the same field needed to be recreated across multiple products. With Saved Additional Fields, we’re replacing this static setup with a modular, centralized field library.
