Using a Stripe credit card reader with the Givebacks Point of Sale (POS) app makes it easy to sell items in person. You can also enter cash transactions in the POS app to maintain a more accurate accounting of all your orders.
Enter a Cash Transaction
Select Home to view the products. You can search by keywords in the Search box or use the category buttons to find items more easily.
View your product list and select the desired item. Enter the required data for the order and add the item to the cart. If the item doesn't require any additional information, it will be added directly to the cart. You can adjust the quantity at checkout.
When you are ready to check out, click the Cart button.
Review the order and click Checkout.
Select Cash instead of using a credit card.
Enter the amount paid and click Continue.
Note the amount of change due and click Continue.
You’ll be prompted to enter an email address or phone number for the receipt or choose no receipt.
Note: If you select 'No Receipt', your order will not include any customer contact information. The credit card company does not pass any customer data to Givebacks.
Enter the Email or phone number.
The transaction is complete and any requested receipt has been sent.
